The Allen & Heath QU-16 is a digital audio mixer designed for live sound applications. It features 22 analog inputs, 3 stereo channels, and 2 stereo effects returns. The QU-16 has 16 AnalogiQTM digitally controlled preamps, which provide advanced zero-crossing detection and a padless 1dB-step gain stage for optimal gain accuracy and audio transparency. It also includes 17 motorized faders, allowing instant access to all input channels and masters over two layers, with a third user-defined custom layer available for ad-hoc strip layout. The QU-16 integrates seamlessly with the Qu-Pad iPad app, offering super-fast, easy access to all settings, including channel processing, meters, RTA views, FX racks, scene management, USB audio control, setup menus, and more.
