Initiate Your Request
Log into your Audio Trader account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
