The Story

The unit is in very good condition, tested to the point of turning on and making sure all buttons and switches work. It has a few small marks around the body as shown per photos. Some of the LED segments on the channel screen do not light up. Comes with power cable.

The Fostex Model 80 is an 8-track reel-to-reel tape recorder designed to work with 1/4" Ampex 457 or 456 tape. It features RCA input/output jacks and supports simultaneous or selective recording on all eight tracks, operating at 15 ips (inches per second) with built-in Dolby C noise reduction.
