The Story

Open box new condition. Tested and working well, with original box and outer sleeve. Outer carry case, patch leads and power supply.

The Soma Pulsar-23 is an organismic drum machine designed by Vlad Kreimer, featuring a semi-modular structure with 23 independent modules that can be used for synthesizing percussion instruments, rhythms, bass, melodic lines, effects, and soundscapes  It operates in three different modes: stand-alone, MIDI control, and CV control, and all these features and control modes can work simultaneously  The Pulsar-23 includes 4 drum channels—bass drum, bass/percussion, snare drum, and cymbals/hi-hat—as well as 4 envelope generators that can generate sustain for the drum channels, turning them into noise/drone synthesizers  Additionally, it offers live circuit bending capabilities and the use of the artist's body conductivity to create patches and cross modulations
